Messaging built for regulated environments.

When a transaction alert, an outage notice or a certificate has to reach a customer, the message platform is critical infrastructure. As a verified Meta Tech Provider, we build WhatsApp Business Platform solutions — and the cloud foundations beneath them — for businesses where delivery, auditability and data protection are contractual, not aspirational.

Messaging is easy. Messaging at trust is not.

Anyone can wire up a chatbot. The hard version is the one regulated businesses need: verified sender identity on the official Meta API, consent and opt-out handled correctly, personal data protected end to end, an audit trail for every message, and throughput that holds when a million alerts go out at once.

Because our security practice tests messaging platforms offensively, ours are built already knowing where such systems break.

Inside the Sungensis console

  • Template management — create message templates, submit them to Meta, and track approval status in one place.
  • Broadcast and alerting at scale — transaction alerts, reminders and campaigns with rate-aware dispatch, retries and delivery reporting.
  • Documents on WhatsApp — template messages carrying PDF attachments such as certificates, receipts and statements.
  • Self-service document archive — each customer can retrieve their own documents from the chatbot, whenever they need them.
  • Menu-driven chatbot — guided conversations in English and Marathi.
  • Delivery and read tracking — per-message status from Meta's webhooks, so you know what arrived and what was read.
  • Core-system integration — connected to core banking, CRM or billing systems through secure, auditable APIs.
  • Service-outage alerts — operational alerts routed to your support team the moment something breaks.
  • Role-based access — owner, staff and reviewer logins, with a full audit log and daily sending caps.

How onboarding works

Onboarding is currently assisted by our team, step by step; self-service connection through Meta's Embedded Signup is on our roadmap. The timelines below are set by Meta's review queues and are indicative.

  • 1. Business verification — Meta verifies your business using your incorporation or GST documents. Usually a few working days.
  • 2. Phone number — a dedicated number is registered to the WhatsApp Business Platform. Same day, once verification clears.
  • 3. Display name — Meta approves the business name your customers will see. Usually one to three working days.
  • 4. Message templates — each outbound template is reviewed by Meta. Often within hours, occasionally a day or two.
  • 5. Go-live — integrations connected, chatbot flows published, first messages sent — with delivery tracking from day one.

What you'll need

  • Business documents — a certificate of incorporation or GST registration, for Meta business verification.
  • A dedicated phone number — one not currently active on the WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business app.
  • A Meta business portfolio — if you don't have one yet, we'll help you set it up.

How pricing works

  • Meta's message charges — Meta prices each message by category (marketing, utility, authentication or service) and by the recipient's country. These charges are passed through to you.
  • Sungensis platform fee — covers the console, hosting, integrations and support. Quoted after a short scoping conversation.

The infrastructure underneath

The AWS, Azure or GCP foundations beneath the platform — network segmentation, IAM, encryption, logging, backup and failover — are designed and hardened by us, and can be deployed into your own tenancy.

Built for the compliance conversation

  • Consent-first — opt-in, opt-out and preference handling built into the data model, aligned with DPDP obligations from day one.
  • Auditable — who sent what, to whom, when, and under which template — queryable when the regulator or the customer asks.
  • Isolated — customer data partitioned and encrypted so a marketing campaign can never see what the alerts pipeline knows.
  • Offensively tested — the platform ships after our own red team has attacked the auth, the APIs, and the tenant boundaries.
// questions we hear

Before you ask.

Is this the official WhatsApp Business API?

Yes. Sungensis is a verified Meta Tech Provider, and everything we build runs on Meta's official WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API) under your verified business identity. No grey-market gateways, and no unofficial workarounds that get numbers banned.

How long does onboarding take?

Typically one to two weeks from start to go-live. Most of that time is Meta's review: business verification usually takes a few working days, display-name approval one to three days, and template approval anywhere from minutes to a day or two. Those timelines are set by Meta's queues, so treat them as indicative.

What do you need from us to get started?

Your certificate of incorporation or GST registration for Meta business verification, a phone number that is not currently active on the WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business app, and a Meta business portfolio — we can help you create one. We guide you through every step.

How is it priced?

In two parts. Meta charges per message, at rates that depend on the message category — marketing, utility, authentication or service — and the recipient's country; those charges are passed through to you. Separately, a Sungensis platform fee covers the console, hosting, integrations and support, quoted after scoping.

What scale can the platform handle?

The architecture is queue-based and horizontally scalable — burst campaigns and steady alert streams are handled with rate-limit-aware dispatch, retries and dead-letter handling, so a delivery spike degrades gracefully instead of dropping messages. Capacity targets are agreed in scoping and load-tested before launch.

Can it run inside our own cloud account?

Yes, and for regulated clients we recommend it. The platform deploys into your AWS, Azure or GCP tenancy, so your stored data — contacts, message history, documents and audit logs — stays in infrastructure you control. Messages themselves are delivered through Meta's WhatsApp Cloud API, as with every WhatsApp Business Platform solution. We can operate it under a support retainer or hand it to your team with runbooks and training.

We already have a messaging vendor — why switch?

Shared-platform vendors are fine until you need isolation, audit trails, custom integration depth, or answers about where your data lives. If a compliance review, an enterprise customer, or a scale problem has made those questions urgent, that's usually the moment teams come to us.
